Conflict of Interest

The Firm is absolutely committed to ethical legal practice that requires that the Firm will, under no circumstances, become involved in any conflict of interest with any client. In this regard it is the Firm’s policy to, immediately, when it becomes aware of any potential conflict of interest.

Skills Transfer

The Firm is committed to provide assistance in the skills transfer/continuing education process for Municipal staff members. The Firm adopts a mentoring approach for the implementation of legal actions aligned with instructions that are received from a Municipality.
